6. Laser cladding
The laser method is used to prepare ceramic coatings. Ceramic coatings can be pre-coated on the metal surface, and then laser treatment can be performed to make the coating structure finer. Laser coating can also be performed directly: first spray the transition layer (such as NiCr, NiAl, NiCrAl, Mo, etc.) material, and then use pulsed laser to coat the ceramic material, so that the Ni and Cr alloys in the filter layer and the Al2O3 and ZrO2 in the ceramic are attached to the surface of the substrate to form porosity, so that the metal molecules in the substrate can also diffuse into the ceramic, thereby improving the coating structure and performance. For example, Al, Cr, Ti and other metals are coated on the substrate surface in nitrogen and oxygen, and laser treatment is performed to form Al2O3, Cr2O3, TiO2 nano-ceramic coatings with high thermal stability, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
