Thermal barrier coating (TBC) is mainly used in aircraft engines, turbines and steam turbine blades to protect the high-temperature alloy substrate from high-temperature oxidation and corrosion, and to provide heat insulation, increase the engine inlet temperature and improve the engine thrust-to-weight ratio. With the improvement of engine and turbine performance, especially the higher and higher operating temperature of military aircraft engine blades, the original materials can no longer adapt, and the development of new coating materials has become an urgent need for the military industry.
