The technology uses polysilazane (PSZ) composite coating, which has been tested to extend the service life of the equipment to 15 years in coastal high humidity environments, and its weather resistance is more than 3 times that of traditional epoxy resins. It is worth noting that after the molecular structure is optimized, the dielectric constant of the material is reduced to 2.8, which effectively reduces the transmission loss of 5G signals. According to industry chain news, major domestic suppliers have built a 500-ton/year special polysilazane production line, and the product yield has increased from 78% to 92%, and the cost per ton has dropped by 25%.
