The 0.1mm coating withstands -60°C to 300°C, allowing direct oven/microwave use. Compared to plastic, it reduces oxygen permeability by 97%, extending produce freshness by 5-8 days.
Shandong-based Landglass has launched the world’s first automated production line, manufacturing 500,000 silicone-glass food containers daily. Testing shows migration levels at just 1/3 of EU limits, eliminating plasticizer risks. The regulation is expected to boost food-grade silicone market by $420 million annually.
