Jiangxi Andeli High-Tech's silicone material expansion project has entered its approval phase. The facility will annually produce 20,000 tons of vinyl silicone oil, 7,300 tons of methyl silicone oil, and various silicone resins – key components in thermal interface materials like electronic potting compounds and thermally conductive gels. With frequent heatwaves driving demand for electronics cooling (especially smartphones and EV batteries), silicone's temperature resilience (-70°C to 250°C) and electrical insulation make it indispensable for 5G base stations and outdoor power equipment thermal management. Upon completion, the project will ease raw material supply pressure for East China’s electronics supply chain.
