With summer approaching, industrial anti-corrosion construction faces the challenge of high temperatures, and environmental standards are becoming increasingly stringent. Addressing this challenge, the self-drying waterborne silicone resin emulsion IOTA 6864 has recently garnered significant attention. This product is water-based, with low VOC content, and meets the new national standards for 2026. Its biggest advantage is its room-temperature self-drying capability, forming a film without high-temperature baking, solving the construction problem of large anti-corrosion equipment that cannot be placed in drying ovens. The coating film is full, highly glossy, and resistant to high temperatures of 200–800°C.
