With the formal implementation of the new national standard for coatings in 2026, VOCs control in industrial coatings continues to tighten, leading to a sustained increase in demand for waterborne high-temperature resistant coatings. Against this backdrop, a self-drying waterborne silicone resin emulsion has recently been launched. It forms a film at room temperature without high-temperature baking and can be used for corrosion protection of large equipment such as boilers, chimneys, and pipelines, significantly lowering the application threshold. The product can withstand high-temperature environments from 200 to 800℃, and its low VOC properties meet environmental protection requirements, indicating broad market application prospects.
