Liquid Silicone Shield

Liquid Silicon Shield: With the summer heatwave, urban graffiti and metal corrosion problems are rampant. Ordinary paints are prone to aging and scratches under the scorching sun, but a new type of organosilicon material—all-hydrogen polysilazane (IOTA-PHPS) liquid coating—is bringing about a change.

Compared to traditional coatings, it cures to form a high-hardness (up to 9H, several times greater than ordinary paint) and high-transparency (light transmittance >90%) inorganic SiOx protective layer. In everyday life, it can prevent graffiti from adhering to building facades, provide rust and salt spray resistance for automotive and rail transportation components, and even remain undegraded in air environments up to 800℃.

This material utilizes IOTA organosilicon technology, employs moisture curing, and is easy to apply (both spraying and dipping are possible). From semiconductor insulation to gas barrier coatings in plastic packaging, it is quietly protecting our daily lives.
