IOTA-PHPS Perhydropolysilazane Liquid Coating Material: Inorganic Hydrophilic, Super-Hard, Stain-Resistant Nano-Coating | IOTA
In the field of perhydropolysilazane liquid coating materials, **IOTA-PHPS** has garnered attention as a product based on inorganic (perhydro) polysilazane (PHPS) technology. This material is characterized as a hydrophilic, super-hard, and stain-resistant nano-coating material. Product specifications indicate that the coating is formulated with perhydropolysilazane **IOTA-PHPS** as the primary component, diluted in a solvent.

## IOTA-PHPS Application Areas
- Anti-graffiti for buildings
- Precious metal anti-corrosion
- Rail transportation
- Semiconductor insulation layers
- Electronic circuits
- Gas and water barrier for plastic packaging
## IOTA-PHPS Packaging, Application, and Cleaning
**Packaging:** Sealed metal drums (0.5–10 L) based on customer requirements; typically formulated with xylene, dibutyl ether, or dichloromethane; solids content 2–20%.
**Application Method:** Clean the substrate surface first. Apply the coating via spin coating, wiping, spraying, or dip coating, followed by curing at room temperature or high temperature.
**Cleaning:** Once cured, IOTA-PHPS cannot be removed by solvents. ## IOTA-PHPS: Storage and Precautions
**Storage:** Store at low temperatures (below 10°C). The shelf life for unopened IOTA-PHPS is 1 year for the domestic market and 6 months for international markets; once opened, the product should be used up as soon as possible.
**Precautions:** Polysilazane must be used in a well-ventilated, dry environment with appropriate protective measures (e.g., gloves, masks, and safety goggles). Keep uncured IOTA-PHPS away from sources of ignition, humid air, and water. Please consult professionals regarding the disposal of waste liquid.
