Filling these particles in the coating can significantly improve the ultraviolet absorption performance of the coating, thereby enhancing the weather resistance and aging resistance of the coating, and extending the life of the coating. service life. ③Improvement of mechanical properties. Nanoparticles have a large specific surface area, so there is good interfacial bonding force with the organic resin matrix. The addition of nanoparticles can significantly improve the strength, hardness, wear resistance, scratch resistance and other mechanical properties of the coating after film formation.
