Opening agent


Opening agent is silicon dioxide for plastic masterbatch, which is a synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide with the appearance of white powder. It is manufactured by special processing technology and its surface is specially treated to become particles with porous structure, high specific surface area and good compatibility with plastic.


After adding nano-silica opening agent to plastic film masterbatch, the exposed molecular chains are reduced during the polymer processing, so that there is no entanglement of macromolecular chains when the two films are in contact, thus solving the opening problem; at the same time, because the molecular chains are not exposed, the film also reduces the adsorption force when it passes through the friction of objects, thereby increasing the smoothness of the film.
