Application in the textile industry

For another example, Teijin Co., Ltd. of Japan mixes nano-SiO2 and nano-ZnO into chemical fibers, and the resulting chemical fibers have the functions of deodorizing and purifying the air. This fiber can be used to make deodorizing dressings, bandages, pajamas, etc. for long-term bedridden patients and hospitals.
