Inkjet printing is a non-contact, dot matrix, clean and environmentally friendly textile printing process. The dye ink used in textile digital inkjet printing has poor light fastness, long production cycle and environmental pollution, so it is difficult to promote and apply. Compared with dye ink, coating ink has the advantages of strong versatility, simple process, no floating color and more environmental protection. However, the performance and stability of coating ink for textile inkjet printing in China are poor, and the printed fabrics lack water resistance, wet friction resistance and other properties. These have seriously hindered the large-scale promotion of coating inkjet printing technology.
