Coating powder material is a kind of surface engineering application material. It is coated on the surface of the substrate to resist wear, corrosion, high temperature, oxidation and aging, and meet special effects or functions such as light, electricity and magnetism. In industry, the production process of products is inevitably accompanied by contact between various substances, so surface engineering involves almost all industrial sectors. As the manufacturing of some products becomes more and more sophisticated and the service conditions become more and more harsh, higher requirements are also placed on surface coating materials. People have found that when the characteristic scale of the material is reduced to the nanoscale, the properties of the material in the macroscopic world will be significantly different from those of the material due to small size effects, quantum effects, interfaces or surface effects.
