Nano coatings have a wide range of applications, especially in aircraft engines and gas turbines (abbreviated as "2 engines"), because "2 engines" equipment is an important symbol of a country's scientific, industrial, economic and national defense strength, and is known as the "crown jewel" of modern industry.


The "heart disease" problem of aircraft engines has always plagued China's aviation industry, so our country has a more urgent need for "2 engines".


Thermal barrier coating technology is one of the key technologies in the aviation propulsion plans of countries around the world and has huge application prospects. The United States, Britain, France, Russia and other world aviation engine powers have widely applied thermal barrier coating technology in the fields of aviation and aerospace, and further promoted it to industrial fields such as electricity and energy. At the same time, this technology has been listed as a core top-secret technology and blocked. For this reason, "2 engines" have been included in the national major science and technology projects and have become a national strategy. In March this year, among the 100 major engineering projects to be launched in my country during the "13th Five-Year Plan" passed, "2 engines" ranked first.
